Project Coordination Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and finance to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress across multiple BESS projects to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met. Ensure integration of BESS with grid, solar, wind, or other energy assets where applicable. Stakeholder Management Liaise with government bodies, utilities, and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding BESS planning and updates. Budgeting & Resource Planning Prepare budgets, forecasts, and resource plans for BESS projects. Monitor expenditures and optimize resource allocation. Risk & Compliance Management Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of planners, analysts, and coordinators. Drive continuous improvement in planning methodologies and tools. Deep understanding of the BESS value chain – from design to deployment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IoT Intern to join our team and assist in developing, testing, and deploying IoT-based solutions. This role offers hands-on experience with IoT hardware, embedded systems, and cloud platforms. You will work closely with engineers and developers to build smart, connected systems for real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing, prototyping, and testing IoT devices and sensors. Work with microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266/ESP32) and IoT development kits. Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and IoT concepts . Familiarity with programming languages like Python, C/C++, or JavaScript . Interest in sensors, wireless communication, and cloud computing . Experience with IoT platforms (e.g., Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, Node-RED) is a plus.
